If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at believein3inquires@gmail.com so we can review the issue.
Processing & Shipping
At Believe in 3, we offer limited pre-made inventory for select releases.
Pre-made items typically ship within 3-4 business days after your order is placed.
Once the limited pre-made inventory sells out, the product may continue to remain available for purchase. Orders placed after the pre-made inventory has sold out may require additional processing and production time before they are shipped.
If an item is being produced after the pre-made inventory sells out, the expected shipping timeframe will be communicated on the product page or through an order update when applicable.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or text. Please allow the carrier time to update tracking after your shipping confirmation is received.
Shipping Delays
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Believe in 3’s control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Believe in 3 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking confirms that a package has been delivered, Believe in 3 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier to report the issue and file a claim.
